Primary Schools no longer have to accept “pay for time” based services from independent part-time technicians or parents, that can only ‘firefight’ for you, with little resource available to support you in a structured, professional way. Nor do you need to accept local authority backed support that provides a limited, inconsistent service and does not work to a dedicated SLA (Service Level Agreement).

We provide a complete FITS grade ICT support and consultancy service to your school, available Monday - Friday (weekends too if required), complete with a predefined SLA. In fact our average response time to severe problems means an engineer can often be onsite within 2 hours.
